Returns Policy
MotraxStore.com obviously makes every effort to protect customers when buying items by Mail Order, both in terms of security and hasselfreeness.
MotraxStore.com stands behind every product it sells.
At MotraxStore.com, our goal is simple:
:: We want you to feel as confident with your online purchase as you would if you were standing inside a brick and mortar high street shop.
:: You may return merchandise purchased online for size, fit, or style reasons within 14 days of shipment of your order, provided it has not been damaged, washed, altered or worn.
Of course if there's a defect, we'll make things right. All MotraxStore.com products are covered under the relative manufacturer warranty against material and manufacturing defects, even if 14 days have passed since your purchase. If MotraxStore.com and the relevant manufacturer determine that a product has a material or manufacturing defect, we'll replace or repair it, depending on factors such as how old the product is and nature of fault being reported. At this point we may ask you to return the item to the manufacturer directly or back to MotraxStore.com in Belfast.
Other conditions include:
:: Goods must be returned within 30 days of the original order date.
:: Goods must be in original packaging.
:: Goods must not be fitted or used.
:: MotraxStore.com may deduct 10 Percent Handle charge for products that are returned in certain circumstance, please contact us for more information.
We'll do everything we can to take care of your return quickly. Once your return is received and processed, your credit card will be credited for the product prices (or PayPal refunded). Please note that shipping charges for products returned for credit are not refundable, and MotraxStore.com is not responsible for returns lost in transit to us.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
